We had a first class turn out of pilots and models at the area scale competition.
It was a shame the wind did not want to play ball – 90 degrees across the strip making take-off and landings very tricky. I hope the damage is minor for those pilots who had issues and their models will soon be repaired and back in the air. Well done to those who won in the ARTF and Home Built classes. A big thanks to Hastings MFC for hosting the event and the Volunteers who marshalled on the day.
